Let us consolidate ourselves in our team IRA so that we can have a meaningful collective advancement in science and also the art of delivering care to the patients. We need some introspection to look deep inside us individually to identify the " extra assets" which we have accumulated by our honest and hard effort. We can then gradually start practicing distributing those "extras " to peoples who need them. The beneficiaries would be our patients, our students, and above all the society. By that only we can repay our debts back to society from which we owe a lot. This practice would really change our ego and can also help us to project ourselves beyond "I".Rheumatology at this point is having exciting potentialities to balance clinical medicine along with applied molecular medicines. We are also being gradually exposed through Artificial intelligence with the application of Machine Learning which is the future of human medical science including our Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology division. Our website is being taken care of by our brilliant young minds in Rheumatology lead by Dr. Shenoy.
